Dog Owners are More Healthy, Says Study

A new study by Michigan State University claims that people who have pet dog are much healthier than those without dog.

The study revealed that most of the dog owners have to take their dogs out for a walk or a short run frequently, which boost their activity level. Further, the team claims that dog owners follow a regular exercise regime as compare to those without dog. The study revealed that dog owners usually spend 30 minutes on an average to do exercise for five days a week which gives them an edge over others.
